This is a express service lane.
It appears in most of the supermarkets in Australia.
A supermarket express lane is a cashier checkout designed
for a limited number of items.
The idea of having an express lane is to allow those with
only a few grocery items to get out of the store quickly.

This is how it works:

Blogging in my dream

I'm in the midst of mist
Everything is so vague around me
i can see nothing buy a square dining table in front of me
covered with a white table cloth

A waiter appeared on my right side
I'm convinced that he's a waiter because he's in a gentlemen suit

Up on the table he served me desserts
it was a plate filled up with lobster meat
mixed up with ice cream to shape a lobster appearance
coated with strawberry syrup (which represents the shell of lobster)

And i was beginning to take out my camera
for a new post for food

then suddenly.. POP..
I'm awake..
i just realize that it was a dream..

and i am kinda addicted to it now

and the core of solar system still hasn't share it's warmth

This is a shared car between my sister and i,
whenever she drives the car, the car plate will be MING MING..
whenever i drive the car, the car plate will change to ING MING..

believe it?

i would have been chased by police if i really did that.. haha..
because the car plate was registered under MING MING

But my future car will be named after my name..

This time was an outing organized by our cell group.
Ngam Ngam it's a good time to celebrate Eva's 18TH birthday.

Girls are 18 every year..

and her cake is substituted by the ice cream pizza

I M Curry House with AMC cookware

Every time i have chicken fillet on my fridge,
i'll cook it by the same way since i had this conversation with my mum.

IM: how do i cook chicken fillet with the easiest way and delicious?

IM mum: Use salt and pepper to marinate it.
heat up the AMC cookware till the needle reaches 9 o clock.. put oil till 10 o clock.
drop in the marinated chicken and close the lid till the needle reaches 3 o clock.
open the lid and flip the chicken then close the lid for 5 min and it's done.


FAQ: Don't understand the clock?

This is the AMC visiotherm that is attached to all the AMC cookware to show the heat:
9 o clock = lowest heat
3 o clock = highest heat

Everything is cooked by using this clock formula. interesting?


And this is my only AMC cookware..

The result of my mum's recipe:
better than KFC chicken (quoted from one of my housemates)
Marinated by salt and pepper.. hehe..

And that's the way i cook it for 2 years.


BUT for today.. as i reviewed this secret recipe few days ago

This is our first destination.. Busselton Jetty..
which is about 1 km long or 2 km long? forgotten..
but it's been closed down and the furthest we can reach is
200 m of the jetty..

Then we continue our trip to Margaret river winery

Any idea what language is that? or they just made it up?

and till we reach our third destination.. caves..
we went to 3 caves altogether but i only have this photo.
