Receptionist : Hello.. this is ABC medical center, how can i help you?

Patient : Can i make a appointment to see Dr XXX?

Receptionist : Yes u can, but Dr XXX fully booked today. Do you wanna
make it on tomorrow early morning at 8 or 4.30 in the afternoon.
or else u have to come on the following days.
And please bring along your medicare card.

Dr : Hi, how is your day? how can i help u?

Patient : My stomach don't feel well, i don't feel like eating and sometimes
feel like vomit. And i had diarrhea also.

Dr : Hmmm.. let me see your tongue.. say AHHH...
your tongue is alright, there's no inflammation.

Alright, since u fell like vomiting and u have diarrhea,
i'll prescribe you with metoclopramide to stop puking,
And charcoal to stop diarrhea,
and get some re-hydration salt after diarrhea.

Come back again if symptoms persist.
